Kept intentionally small, our firm is a place where architects take root. Our design teams act in all roles through design and construction, providing an extremely personal touch and approach to every project. Every individual is fully immersed in a project from inception to post-occupancy evaluations, cross-training over different market sectors to exercise our firm’s comprehensive model.

Leadership is currently provided by seven owners and includes: founding partners Dan Wheeler and Larry Kearns, Mark Weber, Joy Meek, Jon Heinert, Chris-Annmarie Spencer, and Calli Verkamp.
