“Architecture inspires me because it is a reflection of the people it serves—each project is an opportunity to listen, tell stories, and create spaces that empower community and enrich daily life.”
Deborah Lee
Since joining Wheeler Kearns Architects (WKA) in 2022, Deborah has enriched the firm’s creative design thinking with her experience of living in India, South Korea, Chicago, Prague, San Antonio, and Barcelona. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Judson University.
At WKA, Deborah has contributed across a diverse range of projects, including residential homes and retreats, school renovations, the Uruguayan American School Master Plan, and the Master Plan for Margaret’s Village, which includes two 50-bed shelters—one for single women and mothers with children, and another for families.
Outside the office, Deborah loves to watercolor and sketch.
