This 7500 sf duplex condominium apartment located in a high-rise overlooking Lincoln Park includes a single 6000 sf floor plate and a 1500sf upper level. Limited by the concrete floor and concrete ceiling to a 7ft 10in finished ceiling height, the goal was to create a gracious and open living space for a family of five.
The open plan of the public living spaces wraps around the core along the generous exterior window wall. Long views to the city, park and lake are preserved throughout. A suspended perforated stainless steel stair connects the main living level with the recreation room and study above.
