This 2000 sf office annex for a prominent local men’s clothing store, Bachrach, is located in a concrete loft building in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. This annex increases space to an adjacent space completed by WKA in 2001.

The program includes a central open office area flanked by additional private offices and conference space.
