On March 11th, Calli Verkamp, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, participated in Preserve Arkansas’s Women in Preservation virtual series, sharing her journey from Arkansas to Chicago and her work on adaptive reuse and historically significant projects, including the AIC Ryan Learning Center renovation within the iconic Modern Wing at the Art Institute of Chicago, Intelligentsia Monadnock, Chicago Children’s Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre, and The Momentary, which transformed a decommissioned Kraft Foods plant into a vibrant arts venue in Bentonville, Arkansas.
