Spanning an entire floor of a Gold Coast high-rise, the 6,350 sf residence offers 360 views of the city. The space was designed around the couple’s extensive furniture and art collection, and allows the artwork to be the focus. The owners also desired a balance of private and social spaces, allowing for the ability to hold large gatherings without disturbing the private spaces. Therefore, living spaces are pulled to the east and south perimeters, while private sleeping spaces are nested in the north west corner.
