This year our office toured the recently completed Wicker Park Residence, the Waldorf Condo and Bellevue Residence in the Gold Coast, and Marwen’s expansion and renovation project. We also had a chance to experience current projects that are underway including the MK Residence along Lake Michigan in Wilmette, Lakeview Pantry, and the Lincoln Park West II Penthouse Apartment.
