Located in Grand Junction Michigan, the project began as a humble weekend home renovation for a Chicago family and expanded over the years as use and time evolved. Sitting along Upper Jeptha Lake, the property includes a main house, guest house, garage/exercise room, pool and a boathouse that were built over the course of time.
