This year we took our semi-annual office learning trip to Philadelphia, PA! Highlights included visits to the Singh Center for Nanotechnology, the Louis Kahn Richards Medical Research Labs, Fisher Fine Arts Library by Frank Furness, the Charles Library, the Vanna Venturi House, the Margaret Esherick House, the Hassrick House by Richard Neutra, the Barnes Foundation, and a walking tour of Old City. A very special thanks to Ballinger and LF Driscoll for a tour of the Calder Gardens construction site, Kieran Timberlake for a late Friday afternoon tour of their office, and to our incredible local host Spence Kass.
