A new two story residence fronts onto a 10 acre park amongst mature oak trees. The taut, stained cedar facade is marked by ribbons of windows that have generous northern, eastern, and southern exposures.

Eight-inch wide cedar shiplap siding wraps the building, interrupted by rows of clad wood awning windows. A series of ipe steps leads to the front and rear door entry, which is protected by a steel plate canopy.
